Vouri’s Vice President of Development approached The Lawrence Group New York office in 2022 to join their team of AOR’s during a key point of their expansion.
With about 40 stores open at the time of onboarding, we helped Vuori reach their goal to open 100 stores nationwide by 2026. I have acted as the day-to-day account and project manager for the active Vuori projects within Lawrence Group, balancing about 12 active projects at different stages at any given time.
I have managed several first-to-market locations, including Philadelphia, Aspen, Miami, and Houston.
Four years into this client relationship has shown an evolution of design principles and project typologies, increased construction budgets, and increase square footages.
I have grown the internal project team to manage up to six junior designers and have implemented scaling tools such as Asana, OneNote, and Vantagepoint to organize production.

As Project Manager, I lead weekly Page-Turn meetings with the client’s in-house design team and construction managers, ensuring that each project is progressing on schedule and addressing design issues that arise during production and construction.
While Vuori already came to The Lawrence Group with a strong visual identity, with each project, coordination is required to adapt to local codes and environmental conditions. Freedom is given to design the storefronts within the Vuori aesthetic while responding to the city and the local surroundings.
