Nira Medical Health’s vision is to create the largest network of outpatient neurological care with a focus on providing access to effective care and patient-centric services.
As a younger brand on the market, Nira understood that they needed to elevate their patient experience with unique program elements and a level of hospitality design that is not often found in neurological clinics.
In the discovery process of designing a new aesthetic for Nira, we discovered that patient visits range from short 30 minute sessions all the way up to 4 hours. Some patients also require treatment for years at a time. It became clear that programmatically there was a need for a variety of treatment spaces that each offer a high level of comfort and convenience.

After the successful opening of Nira’s Lehi location, the client’s stakeholders increased the construction budget for their second location opening up in Denver.
We evolved our original design to include more color and soft curves, allowing the Nira brand to have a more recognizable brand identity.
